About 1 month ago I started doing push ups....managed about 2 1/2 and thought I was going to have a heart attack.....to be fair considering I'm 68 and probably hadn't done any for 40 years it could have been worse. So I changed tactics and decided to just do the sissy ones from the knees up.
Started off with 5 the first day, 2 days on and one day rest and repeat. Well little by little I've been building up and have now managed to do 4 sets of 8 push ups for a total of 32 per day. Target by spring is 50 so it should be a breeze.
Look out Charles Atlas I'm catching up....
When I was in basic training, the drill sergeants would periodically bark, "Drop and give me 10!" All day, every day. Us girls were not allowed to do the "sissy" ones.
It would take a drill sergeant hounding me to get me to do that. Good for you, Bill!
We hadn't checked our trail cam for almost a month. We had lots of deer. We also got a couple cats. But this one was a pleasant surprise!

That is great, too bad that is not more clear, ssure it could be worked with some filters though, but regardless it is worth printing off. In that exact form it would make a great skateboard skin.

Is that a woodpecker? If so I don’t believe we have those here. I seen tons of them on my pecan trees but not that color.

6 cents and maybe a fired lead ball. When I get a good pic I'll post it. Found the ends of paper shotgun shells awhile back. I think there may be at least one nice find in this yard somewhere. And getting to know this machine.
