I'm glad it's cold here, the skeeters aren't quite as bad this time of year ... and no, it isn't photoshopped. The round barstool behind him is about 12" in diameter. This feller was between 1 1/2" and 2" long.

Back in high school a friend of mine worked at one of the local funeral homes and he would steal the Gold crowns and anything else of value off of the deceased! It would not surprise me if it is not a common occurance across the country. I told my wife to have mine taken out and make some jewelry!

When I was 13 I delivered news papers and one stop was the funeral home. It was an old house I would guess built in the first of the 20th century. It sat on a perfect square beveled bluff all groomed with grass and always mowed. I asked the mortician why the house was on that perfect bluff. He said that's where I do my work and would I like to have a tour. I said sure and it was very fascinating under that house. It looked like every thing was made of shiny chrome and looked like Frankenstein's laboratory. I know later they build a new modern mortuary. I should have looked around for gold teeth. I'll bet that old mortician kept all he came by, as gold wasn't worth all that much back then and folks probably didn't request their loved ones teeth so much back then.
