Puget Sound (on private property)
If I lived near the ocean, you can bet I would spend ALOT of time searching for anything on the beaches! I love water, definitely a fascination with water, and alot of my hobbies gravitate toward water, fly fishing of course, I do rockhounding around water all the time, and most my artifacts I find have been uncovered and exposed from water. By the way, I love the basalt points, many of my points are made of basalt as well!
View from my front yard: Besides the artifacts and beach agates, etc. I also catch salmon and searun cutthroat trout right off the beach, both with fly rod and gear.

oysters, clams, and Dungeness for me...all the while I can watch the grand kids play on the street. (old local access type)...i get a kick out of telling them when they are too bothersome to "go play on the street"...
