Returned to the Burnt 1800's Farm House and 1890's Home Site Ring and 1888 Indian

I didn't get time to post last night but here are yesterday's finds. I returned to the 1890's home I detected a month ago. http://www.treasurenet.com/forums/today-s-finds/492349-1890-home-london-eley-pinfire-shell.html"] I searched around the hitching post as member AJAJ had suggested. I found an 1888 Indian with great color. That was it though. I finished the day at my trusty hill in a field where an 1800's farm house burnt to the ground and was plowed under. It has become "that" site when all else fails and I need to feed the digging beast. Found some old silverware and what I reasonably believe is a silver ring with turquoise inlay. I did the ice test with positive results but I am not fully convinced yet. Video of my ice test below. Watch closely at left side of ring.

The ring is silver. I had one in the 1970s, just like it. That IHC is really nice, all of mine are pitted and appeared to have been chewed up and spit out!

Well played sir!

Sweet looking IH!

Thanks! I thought it had a 70's vibe to it, ha! I have found relics/coins here from 1800-1980's. I believe the house burned in the 80's.

My parents have matching wedding bands like that. They got married in the 70's. Lol

Congratz on a pristine IHP!

Dude I am jealous of you having such a great site all to yourself. Every hunt there produces keepers. Keep on posting the goodies.

Thanks Loco! Your right, but these sites are very far and few between indeed.

They said they are sterling silver and turquoise. They also said the red color part on yours is coral.
