I attempted to hit the same spot I have been working for a few weeks now but it was staring to sand in so I headed to a nearby spot I have been meaning to hit all year. I don't think I have detected this spot in at lest 10 years but it doesn't get much traffic nor does it change much because it's very sheltered so once every 5-10 years is probably about right for this small spot.

First coin was a 1959 memorial cent. That's nearly a wheatie so I knew I may find some silver. Totals after about an hour:

1952 & 1961 Washington quarters
1949 Roosevelt dime
1941 Mercury dime
1956 Jefferson nickel
4 wheat cents

Plus the 94 cents in slightly newer coin

I think I'd hit that more than once every 5-10 years! Nice finds.
