rolled coin question

I got a call from one of my dump banks yesterday that said they will no longer accept rolled coins. They will only accept loose change that they will send out to be counted and credited to my account a week later. My question is, is this ok for a bank to do? I don't really care to much because I have plenty of other dump banks i can go to. I just don't want my other banks to start doing this.

I actually wish I could find a bank that does this so I don't need to re-roll.

It's a lot easier as you don't have to reroll it

Bagging is way better. Only it sucks to have to wait cuz it ties up your bankroll.

All my local banks have coin counters. I don't have to roll or wait for a week. Guess that's the benifit of living in a heavily populated area.
