Can you throw the clumps in a bucket and take them home to find what's inside say after dinner? I know I wouldn't want to waste time in the field either.

As always, amazing history you dig over there. Thanks for sharing.

Not really, as we GPS & log on paper every Roman Coin, & then they go in a numbered pouch in Cru'dads pocket.

Great work CRUSADER!
You've got more than a detector, you've got second sight! Congrats!

Awesome finds

An amazing selection of finds, Cru. Congrats. And by the way it has been wet over here all summer. It has made for nice digging.

Wow Cru amazing finds Banner Banner Banner

I was thinking exactly that. I wish one of these little yellow discs came up for you too!
Both of them have this year, it's Cru'dad that needs them....lol

We would be happy with a Celtic Silver. The first one I got this year already came from this site, & although there will be more, its always a long shot. Even a nice early Roman silver will do.

Complete opposite, its been the hottest summer ever on record. Hated it.

The amount of roman coins is pretty astounding! Congrats!

Incredible CRU! I hope to one day get over that direction for some detecting and hope to get just a few of those items. Very cool man.

Boy I would love to find a coin that old and hold in in my hand and wonder how it was lost. Great finds again!
