Rough material point

Got rained out today so I went for a walk down an old log road. Found these two that were made out of some rough material. Not sure why they would of used it, had to be hard to knapp. Plus this small point View attachment 1446329

Cool- as for the material. I guess they would of had to use what they had access to at times. Kind of like driving a Yugo.

Went today after a big rain yesterday. They sprayed the weeds which are dying good enough to see some dirt. Found the usual things nothing that screamed killer though.
