Hey, just wanted to know what means volume control. On a factory setting it must be on 20 and Safari screaming like bad orcestra, if i tune it down to 5-7 its sounds ok. If i do so what am i losing ? Is it a depth or sensitiviti or something else. Sorry for my bad english.

Adjust the volume control until it's not damaging your ears :)

You shouldn't lose anything if you can hear a wide dynamic range of sounds, otherwise, try turning up the GAIN to make the faint deep signals also loud... that way you can hear everything.

What headphones are you using? I can crank my volume to the max with my E-Trac, and max the volume knobs on my Ratphones Max and it's not ever too loud... it's just right. But if I had my Koss-UR30's on the E-Trac I would need to turn the volume down to about 70% of max.

On my Quattro (pre Safari) I keep the volume up all the way, and then turn down the headphones if I it's too loud. Usually I can max out both without being too loud.
