Saturdays hunt turned out to be the best of the season! Lots of silver and pics!

We hunted three new lake beach spots within 4-5 hours, so there sure is plenty of stuff we missed, but I think I did really well this time!

I found 6 silver rings + 2 aluminum junk rings, and my buddy scored 1 silver ring, 1 silver earring and 3 or 4 junk rings!

Also surprising finds were a 1969 US quarter, and a Canadian 1 cent from '96. Both are a long way from home, and my first coins from over the seas I have found so far. Everyday finds for most of you, but keepers for me! LOL

Nice coin find was a Finnish 5 penny from 1895, and one old coin I haven't identified yet, but I guess it dates back to 18th-19th century.

Also a record breaking amount of €uros for the season, scoring €15.10 ($22.15) + those usual useless Markka coins and pennies.

I am surprised how many rings you are finding in grassy areas. I would love to detect in the water near where you are finding all of this.

And I'm surprised I don't find anything in beach sand. All goodies seem to be in grass on every beach around here

I would also like to detect in the water, and I've been thinking of getting me a water detector, or modding my ace waterproof so I could use that... :P
