Hello Everyone. Been gone a while and have not been posting much. Finally got out today and hit a spot I have been hunting a little here and there. The house dates from the early 1900's.

Found a 1903 Barber which was in great shape until jabbed it with my trowel >:(
1941 Wheat
1955 Wheat
Some kind of copper thingy that says "Choks" I believe that what it says
Some kind of rivet thingy which I have found at old homesites before

Thanks for looking. Ron

Ron,
I love the Barber buddy, buzz cut and all. :tongue3: ;D Don't feel bad, I scratched the crappe' out of a nice token yesterday. :'(
I swear we used to take Choks (Chocks?) vitamins as kids. :icon_scratch:
Congrats on the finds. That spot has been good to you,
Doug

Nice finds Ron!!! Don't be concerned about scratching the dime, I scratched a Rosey dime just after I bought my F75 and Dman read me the riot act. Stuff happens-gives the coin character!! HH.

I do not believe for one minute that you scalped that one......that was there before you unearthed her :laughing9: Oh well, nice finds man.. Congrats...jgas

Good hunt..I also found one of those rivet things a couple days ago. Haven't figured out if it's a clothes thingy or what? Others I have found in the same form, always had one disc bigger than the other, like a jean's button. How 'bout a canvas fastener, like for a tent?
