Went out and hunted a few banks today. Found $400+ in halves but they were all dumps. Did grab about a box and a half each of pennies, nickels and dimes. Pennies yielded 11 wheaties including a 1930-D. Dimes gave up 3 Rosie's including a very nice 1958-P, one I needed for the folder. Still is funny to me that I'm finding quite a few harder to find Rosie's and yet still have many common's left to find. On the nickels, I found a 1939-D, my first! Had found 2 1938-D, 4 1938-S's and 7 1939-S's. Now only need a 1943-D and a 1950-D to complete a Jefferson set from circulation. It had been a really long time since I filled a hole in the book so I was super happy to see it.

Nice finds!
I have been looking thru more nickels lately than usual, trying to finish off my Jeff folder as well. I spent (foolishly) a big chunk of my CRH bankroll on a few nice Morgans (1880cc and 1892s) and now I don't have enough $ to get 2 boxes of halves to search. So I've been doing a box of halves & a box of nicks instead. I am missing only the '38S. I think when u get down to the last coin or two, you need some serious luck to complete it. I have only found 1 '38D, 1 '39D, and 1 '50d. I have found a ton of '39S's and '51S's tho for some reason.
Don't forget to save the 2009s!
