Hi All I haven't been out in a week So after work I called Richard and we headed for the Millrace. this place has been hunted to death. But the good thing is there are tons of iron. signals are far and few This one was a deep one it didn't sound like silver but it did sound like a wheat or a IHC could just get it to repeat good enough for me the ? is. is it a 1920 or 1928 I also found 3 wheat's HH RonC

WOW Ron ~ very nice find! Looks like 1920 to me. That Mill Race is kind of a tough place to detect ~ the ground is weird there!

Wish I could have met you down there this evening! Kip took me & the wife out for dinner ~ then we came home and watched the end of the Mariners' Game.

Looks like a 1920-d to me too Ron.
That Millrace is tough hunting with all the
iron and I feel lucky to have found a couple

Nice find !! I say 1920D . I've seen a lot of 1917's worn that much too . but never a 1928 worn that much .

Nice find. Looks like a '20 to me.
I always wondered about the millrace? I remember feeding the ducks there when I was a little kid.
Next time I'm out in Eugene visiting I might have to head down there.
I've seen photos of that place packed with people in the early 1900's.

Great find to pull a merc out of there.
