Got out today and detected a new property. Killed me because I have a twisted up spine, but History dosen't wait around. Dug up some clad, a 1958 Wheatie, and this:

reverse.jpg obverse.jpg

Obverse:

Alexander G Bell Inventor
1847-1922

Reverse:
Famous Americans Coin Game with shell logo.

I didn't find much of anything for info on it. It feels really light like almost straight nickle. Any thoughts?

Heres link to an Ebay auction of same piece...and had a bag with about 100 of these Shell pieces..not sure where they are but remember looking up and not of great value Alexander G. Bell - 1960s Famous Americans Coin | eBay just a note...possible they put out different versions...the one on Ebay seems small to ones i had in bag...could be there was other sets but ones i had were aluminum for sure...very light
