Hey folks!

I only got the chance to go out detecting once this week and only for about an hour at that, but managed a few good finds from one sidewalk easement:

1. 1946 Rosie...silver coin #27 or 28 (can't remember which) for the Safari in a hard-to-find-silver coins state.

2. Military style button that reads "ludovicus rex plures non capit orbis," which translates as "THERE IS NO ROOM IN THE WORLD FOR MORE THAN ONE KING LUDWIG" according to this site: http://www.rubylane.com/shops/charmingandcheap/item/7730

3. The biggest penny I've ever found...a 1962 New Zealand penny, exactly the size of a US half dollar.

The rains have been steady for the most part the past couple weeks. Fall is definitely here and winter around the corner in SW Washington...BUT...we're California bound in 19 days! Can't wait to be back living in my home state and go by Ray in CA again!!! :hello2:

HH everyone!

Ray
