Nice finds, you guys sure have some tough grass to dig through down here & all that red clay kinda messes up with my detector!

Not sure if thats carved or not :icon_scratch: Looks like it. I recognise that hump(mtn) in the back ground though. Nice finds sir.

That little hill behind that Black Calf had a big picket site on it. I have dug a load of bullets and buttons on that little hill, but man it is full of iron and it has run all in the ground down the hill. It is a ruff spot to hunt.

Beautiful pics, love that pasture. Nice when a deep hole produces something cool like that. What is that thick iron relic in the left hand side of the one pic?

Don't know. When I first dug it up I thought it was part of a railroad spike, but it is not. I just got it out of the field so I would not have to dig it up again sometime.
