My buddy George and I hit a new spot he got permission at this morning. Huge area to cover here. It has been hunted before by a local detectorist he told us. Only the top inch or two was frozen and no problem to dig. I managed the bell (still works), a buckle, and a flat button. George found a copper, a 1889 indianhead (I think) and a couple buttons. This place definitely has potential. I'll add George's photos after he sends them to me. The copper looked to be a Coronet but he did'nt want to field clean it. Still on the thick side.

Mike,
Awesome little bell. Congrats to you. By the looks of those relics it should be a great spot. Good luck.
