That's a nice three center and it looks like there is two dates on it. Looks like a 7 or 1 in there under the 3.

That silver 3 cent is about the coolest coin I've seen. I have to vote banner since I have never seen a coin like this before.

Thanks for all the nice comments and even a banner vote in there!! 
All these coins were found in Michigan. Mostly 1850 sites. The sites we hunt are now just fields with a few indicators letting you know where the homestead once was.
This hunt was over a couple days.
Coins found:
3 Large Cents
3 half dimes
1 3-cent silver
1896 O barber dime (key date)
several Indians and early wheats
V nickel
1916 Walker
Flying Eagle Cent
2-3 Military buttons
tons of doo-dads and whatchamacallits!
