I hope every one had a good holiday season! and I wish you all a outstanding and happy new year...

Now here was one of my personal highlights of 2009 ..one Saturday I wanted to get out and do some swinging but little things kept getting in my way .. I got out really late about 4:00pm.. drove about an hour...and now not in the best of moods ... I walked 20 feet from the car .....swang about 5 or 6 times and got a hit.... this arm band popped up .... I thought .."Hummm not a bad day after all!!" I kept looking for an hour but the only other item found was a musket ball ... I called it a day ...and with a smile on my face I found my way home.
This has happen to me a number of times ... has any one else had this type of experience?.. it is almost like its calling you " I'm right over here..come get me"

Absolutely stunning band!!

Before my hunt, I was specifically thinking of a certain type of relic
and after about 30 minutes of hunting, I had found it.

The funny part about this was, it was one year to the day that I had found
something similar about 10-miles away.

It was a scary yet wonderful feeling.

Indeed! What you experienced …is just one of the things that has happen to me about 2 or 3 times a month in the summer, when I can get out to hunt … I can be thinking about a relic or studying an item in one of my reference books… and within a few days something will show up.. if not the exact items something very close…not to sound to cosmic but what question comes to my mind is are we foreseeing a possible future … or are you somehow helping to create that future event through the desire to find it? Quantum physicists say that it is a proven fact that subatomic particles seem to be many places at once until someone observes them and at that point they come to rest in a single states as a result of the observer. What ever it is … there is something going on there.

Unknown ... no other marks other than "Montreal" ... I am betting it date is early 1800's
