Silver charm?

Does anyone recognize the mark on the back of this charm? I don't see 925 anywhere, but am hoping it is silver. Has some weight to it.

That is most certainly Native American origin , the style of the work is called "Hopi Overlay " which partially describes the method by
which it was made - the top sheet (of two ) of silver is cut out with a jeweler's saw , then overlaid on the bottom sheet and soldered
together - the recessed design areas are then textured with a small hammer and chisel , after which the dark oxidation is applied .

I'm sorry , I got going about the style and making of the piece , and forgot to mention - it is sterling silver - the hallmark could be
researched in a book of Hopi silversmiths and their hallmarks--( on line ) Argentium.
