Detector(s) used
Currently use Garrett AT Pro, Previously used the Fisher F2 for one year
Primary Interest:
Metal Detecting
First thing in the morning, a neighborhood hunt produced a 1958D silver dime, and a wheatie(won't be able to see the date until it gets the tumbler treatment)--I know it ain't much, but us here in the Southwest USA are silver deprived.
During noontime decided to hit a school which I know has a lot of clad. It is a grassy area next to the picnic tables where the kids sit for their lunch. They must have holes in their pockets because coins are EVERYWHERE. You can't sweep the detector in any direction without getting a high-pitch indicator. 1 hour hunt produced 12 quarters, 7 dimes, 1 nickel and 17 pennies. Total gas rebate, $3.92.
