them.

Hi:hello:,

Got out for a couple of hours around noon today; too beautiful to stay indoors :hello2:

Hunted same area as yesterday; I'm amazed that the GT picks up such tiny objects, I can hardly find them when I turn the wet sand over and search for the treasure.

Found another silver earring today...almost by-passed it; it was not a nice high, clear signal, but rather a medium sound, but it was "focused" so I dug it.

It weighs .85 gms; if I combine it with yesterday's small silver find, maybe I can buy a stick of chewing gum:laughing7:

Will try again tomorrow for the gold:headbang:

Here's some pics

Thanks for looking

Lorraine

The Dig Dig,

I soaked the earring in Tarn-X for about 15 minutes, then scrubbed it with baking soda and toothbrush dipped in Tarn-X

Then I shined the earring with jeweler's rouge ( black bar)

I am also amazed at what the Sov can detect ( tiny fishing crimp). I have to believe that when it ever passes over gold, I will know it for sure!

Look at the tiny ones my whites surf pro p.i. pick up. Drives me crazy but it's better than a piece or fishing lead wire or bobby pin

Nice find Lori. You cleaned it up nice to. I wonder if it was originally rough or it got that way in the sand?

That small earring is just more proof/evidence that small Trolls really existed upon the east coast. :laughing7: By the way, Pink Floyd has been put in solitary confinement for his recent storm raising failures. On the night he was suppose to be summoning up a good sand vacuum I caught him building sand castles and singing "99 bottles of rum on the wall." :laughing7:
