$90 MWR Dimes: skunk

$160 CWR Dimes: 1949, 1964, & 1964

Glad I was able to find some silver this week.

CRH is going to get harder to do now that I started my practicum classes and going to school full time, as well as attempting to keep a small part time job.

Well slow and steady and it will accumulate

Nickel Box #13: dateless Buf

Glad I was able to find something from this horrifically skunky day :/

I did find a 1938 D which gives me a complete set of Jefferson Nickels! Took a little over a year and a half.

Nice job... been hunting 3 1/2 months and am now only missing the 38-S, 39-D, 42-P, 43-D, 44-S, 45-P, 45-S, 50, 50-D, 51-D, and 55. Hopefully your next box of halves will bring better luck...

Not bad 19 halves for a box! Made $59.86 in silver today. Just hope silver stays high

I did find a 1974 proof which I needed for my proof set.

Dime Box #4: skunk

Pretty lame results.

I went to a few banks to dump my halves. I was talking with the one teller and he asked if I found anything good. I said nope, but I did find a proof from the 70s. He asked how to tell the difference I simply said well it has an S mint mark and is normally shinnier. Then he asked if it was worth anything above face and I said nah since it was circulated. He hands me my money and asks if I have a dime. I said no but I have a dollar. He slides me a 1948 s dime! The teller was my age and knew what it was worth but gave it to me. There are still great people out there, just have to be friendly!
