Hey folks!

Spent 4 hours yesterday and 4 hours today hitting the site where I've been pulling silvers from this month. Seems like it's drying up but that's okay, it's been a great site and I've got some more lined up!

Here is yesterday's haul:

The better part of 5 Wheats (only one legible date, 45S), the better part of a tax token and the third 40s era Seattle Transit token I accidentally lost on Thursday night.

Today was even slower:

Just managed the one Wheat (28) amid the clad.

This site is tricky because there is silver there, it's just scattered and tricky to find. It seems to come in droves. In six hunts there I've found; 1, 6, 0, 3, 0 and 0 silver coins.

Altogether, I pulled 10 silvers from that site this month. I found 2 silver coins and 2 silver rings elsewhere bringing my total to 14 silver items for the month. That's by far my tops ever and a great sign of things to come in 2018!

I also had a few firsts;
-First 1800s U.S. Coin
-First Barber dime
-First SLQ

As a cherry on top, I made a new friend at the place I've been hunting who I may well hunt with in the future. Pretty awesome!

Happy hunting all,
Washingtonian

You really cleaned up nice at that sweet spot. I'm jealous of every one on here finding SLQs but I haven't yet. Barbers are usually my silver finds here in the burgh.

Man, look at all those old coins. You been hunting on the east coast? They should have put that spill on the banner.

Congrats on those finds. It looks like a great month with that stack of silver from one site.
