SO? What's the verdict on the 350?

All i see are AT Pro posts. Didn't anyone buy a new Ace 350? If so, what do you think of it? Is the couple extra Khz's it operates at and a little more iron resolution worth the extra $200 over the 250? Or would you be just as well served just adding the larger DD coil to the 250? Will the 350 actually find small gold nuggets like they say? Any feedback on them yet? Thanks.

Don't know about small gold yet, but I really like mine on coins and such.

Have you ever used a 250 so you know if there is much difference?

Yep, got a 250, also. Big difference. Of course I do't know if it's just the coil or what., but I like the 350 a LOT better. It's even balance better.

Thanks for the info. Have you thought about trying the DD coil on the 250 just to see if it is just the coil?

Thought about it, but the coils is nearly 120.00. If you want a 350, pm me and I'll give you the name of the guy I bought mine from. Great guy to deal with.

Thanks. I found a brand new 350 for $258 but was just wondering whether it was worth the extra money over the 250 since they can be found for around $125 or so.

A brand new 350 for 258 is a steal. Of course that's just my opinion. Who's selling them that cheap?

Yes it is but i don't know whether to buy it or not. I really want one that will work on small gold and i don't know if it will. I know the Tesoro Vaquero will so am thinking maybe i should look for another one of those.

Rebel, The scorpion is the route to take and also the Infinium LS. You pay for what you want.

FYI. Just picked up one of two Ace 350 demos from a dealer off ebay for $240 shipped with warranty. They still have one left. For $25 bucks more than a new 250, its hard to beat.
