In the last week or so, I've managed to sell a group of 140+ watches($100.00) and a Tissot for $210.00 and an Omega for $230.00. The Omega was a $30 Goodwill purchase. I was another thrift store tonight and this interesting Invicta watch. I like simple faces and I had to buy it. It was only $29.99 and I knew I could sell it for about $80 or so. Can't find anything on it except one sold for more than I expected on eBay. It is called an Invicta Objet d'art Model 2173 Automatic. It has 35 jewels. I might wear it a while before I list it. The same way I did he last two $200 watches I sold! I see Invicta watches everywhere so I stay clear of them. If it is working and keeping time $30 is a decent price though.

I usually don't but them unless they are special AND cheap. My first Goodwill auction for a watch was an Invicta in the box. I spent $65 and realized later they were not high end watches. I sold it for $70 to a coworker who collects them. I think his is one of those rare times I will make a decent profit on one.

Sold the watch for $124.00. So a decent enough profit.

More than I thought. Seriously every pawn shop in my area has at least 20.
