Got permission from a Realtor to do some coin hunting on a house that is up for sale. No one is living in the home now. Started off with lots of clad coins yesterday and today. On the way back to my car I got a hit on my ACE 250 . Said 50 cents about 6 inches down. I said oh heck one more dig and I will head home for the day. Dug a small hole and used my Garret pin pointer and got a good beep. took a little more dirt out and what hit my eyes was a 1953 D Franklin Quarter, and on top of that was laying the 1951 S Roosevelt Dime. Two in the same hole. What a way to finish a day. The pics are what they look like when I took them out of the ground. Did not do any cleaning of the coins.
Do not know if anyone else calls up realtor's to get permission , but no harm is asking. All they can do is say yes or no.. Right now there are a lot of empty homes up for sale, so you may want to try your luck at it. Hope you enjoy the pics Shane
