My son is a river runner in the Grand Canyon and gets to enjoy some great scenery. Here are a few pictures he sent me. Thr first one is a phenomenom called blue fog. The second is a bighorn sheep taken from about 30 feet. He was moving through a slow part of the river when he saw the ram. The third is a picture from the rim of the canyon. And the last is a self portrait with a hitch-hiker.

Beautiful. But that doesn't look like what I picture southwest Georgia looking like.

Great photos. Love the one with the ram. That is a real quality shot. That would be a great adventure to
cruise through the Grand Canyon. We saw it from 3 or 4 places up on the South rim in Arizona a few years
ago. The view is so awesome I could watch it for hours. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for all the compliments. My son is in the canyon from April through September taking folks down the Colorado. My wife and I visited there a few years ago but didn't get to run the river. We hope to do that soon. I have more pictures that I can share if Y'all are interested.
