Some sort of Glass, nor porcelin or clay Help please

It is 5.5 inches high and looks like a white glass. I think it is hand painted, maybe?

Looks like milk glass.

That's a Fire King spice of life Footed coffee cup or Irish coffee mug. Yes, it's referred to as milk glass. Could be Corningware too, can't tell from the pic.

I never saw the movie, but my mom had some baking dishes in that pattern when I was a kid. It was a popular pattern and their are many pieces around still.

PS- I was thinking Pyrex not Fire King (Anchor Hocking) yesterday. I get the two mixed up every now and then.
