Here is a great find...I dig bottles in season and was not having a good day....until this fell out of the ground. I found the circle loop first and thought I had a keyhole surround to an old steamer trunk...but a half hour later I dug the Palmetto spoon and I knew I had a great find...

A lot of interesting (and valuable) relics come out of bottle dumps and privies. It pays to keep your eyes open for the non glass items and it paid off handsomely for you! Congratulations on a find that most metal detectorists in SC have spent their whole careers trying to find and never have.
