Having trouble finding a certain area or you are looking for something older than the city park? I bought my catalog about 40 years ago and I checked and its now available online. This might be a big help for all you treasure hunters. Be sure to share your finds with your local historical society.

When you first open it, you will see an index to the names of cartographers, surveyors, publishers, and other persons so scroll down till you find the states then follow the directions.

OK, you've found an interesting area, take the map to the County Courthouse Tax Office, one of the agents there will be able to cross reference it to a modern map and even look up the current owner for permission.
