After the hafted scraper post by Up-North on Li'l spokeshave, I thought I would post this specialized hafted tool.

It also was found about 1979, in the field that produced a many of these types of points.

Its unique as it has a knapped straight edge which angles. Then on the opposite side a ninety degree edge knapped into the blade edge.

This is a complete relic, no broken edges. Odd I think.

This relic is made of Burlington Flint and is 1 3/4 inches in length.

Are the top two angles cutting edges or is one of them burin flaked (like an impact fracture that runs straight and leaves a 90-degree edge) ?

Before I gained some knowledge on relics, I used to give away things like and/or leave it behind. Now I know better.
