Spring Has Sprung

Spring has Sprung in my area of Ok & Ar, & we almost forget how beautiful the new blossoms can be.
In the Mts, the Redbud, (which is the state tree in OK), & the wild plum, & Dogwood are in full bloom, while in town most of the flowers are blooming.

Beautiful flowers, Fossis. Dogwood is in full bloom all over SE GA. It's a shame that the strong winds & rains are knocking all the petals to the ground. They still were a sight to see.

Wow! It is still freezing here at night so it is quite a treat to see all the beautiful blooms! Thanks so much for sharing them with us!

We get a 'Quick freeze' sometimes & sets everything back, last year all the 'briars' in the country froze & turned brown, really looked strange.
Two other times it froze all the leaves on the trees in April, but keeping our fingers crossed for no more Freezes.

We just drove down through Oklahoma & Arkansas. The Oklahoma City Memorial has some nice blooming trees as well. Thanks for sharing

OKC memorial does have some very oretty flowersI've been a few times never to the museum but walking out side, til you've been there you cant describe the feeling, unless you've been to NYC ( i've not ) but i think it would feel the same!
