Storing Proof Silver Coins in Dansco Albums

Hello Everyone!

I have several one ounce silver proof coins that I currently have stored in regular plastic airtight capsules and I was looking to purchase a Dansco album so I could have them more organized and showcase them instead of having them lying around seperately.

I am looking for as many opinions as possible regarding the storage of these 1 oz silver proof coins in Dansco albums. Is it recommended? Is it probable that the coins will tarnish or tone over time? Over the years that ive been collecting this particular series, each coin has cost me approx $30.00ea so I am looking to avoid toning and other "blemishes" on the coins as much as possible. So am I better off just keeping them in the airtites or is it ok to move them into a coin album??

Your opinions or thoughts are greatly appreciated!

Thank You!

Dansco album slides damage coins, and I don't know how on earth you'd even get the proofs in the album without damaging them. The folks who make airtites, make books that you can put the coins in....still contained in their airtites.
