Strange login Glich

When i login it says welcome marz are thanks for login are whatever it says when u do login but when i do it says i have but it just jumps back to home page and i am not logged in and says clear cookies witch i do but the same things happens i have to type in wrong password then my real password then it will work Not that much of a big deal just kinda of annoying what would be the cause of this issue ??

Go to Tools/Internet Options - under General Tab click on DELETE. Then make sure the first 5 items are selected and press DELETE at the bottom. Try again. If it doesn't work, go back to Tools/Internet Options - select the Advanced Tab and hit Restore Advanced button. Restart IE. If that doesn't work, then download Firefox and try accessing the site.
