strange ornate flat button?

OK I've found my share of flat buttons but this is the oddest one to date. appears old but I'm no expert on these things. Anybody ever seen one like this? Is it old?

I cant tell from your photo due to the blur but I found something similar and it was called walnut art not sure if I am correct but I do remember some one saying it. Try another photo a little more focused and some one will ring in on what you have ,vanzutphen
