Welcome to Tnet.

I would have thought it for business cards or calling cards. However, the dimensions you give equate to 83 x 48 mm and standard size for business cards these days is usually 85 x 55 mm, so that would wouldn’t work, I wonder if it equates to another common standard size used in the past, or if calling cards are smaller.

holds 5 cigarettes or Cheech dropped it.

Those would be very short cigarettes, although the case might accommodate stubby cheroots. However, they would be at risk of spilling out every time you opened the case. Cigarette cases usually have a band of silk or elasticated cotton or some other mechanism to hold the cigarettes in place.

I seen them used as a portable table lol.. for chopping stuff with a razor blade.

I used to get little cigars in a case like that.

Unless the mirror portions are no longer inserted correctly, I don't think cigars/cigarettes would fit. It looks like they'd be crushed.
Here is an example of a pocket mirror:

Thanks for the replies everyone. Sorry for late reply I have been sick.

Definitely not a cigarette case - will include pictures

I would agree with the compact mirror suggestion, but when looking up compact mirrors on Google they all actually have "mirror glass" in them where this case does not - it is just metal with a mirror-like reflection

Again, no markings...

I hope all 3 cig pics showed up... otherwise you cannot tell that this is not a cigarette case. It IS NOT cig case. I have smoked for over 20 years. I have thought of EVERY ( .... i MEAN EVERY) USE I could have possibly used this for. a Cigarette case is not one of them!!!! It's just too small
