Not very much, Lizzy Sixpences (my guess, as no size or explanation) are fairly common. In that condition, $50 would be fair.

old , and silver , and minted during the reign of one of England's more important monarchs -

Couldn't tell without reference/scale, the above still stands, others than its now closer to $40 :icon_thumright:
