Most of the rough samples I still have to dremel to see if it contains any fire but here's a big cool one I found and one small orange one I think has fire, this massive one shows multiple colors of fire. 20180522_081453.jpg 20180522_081439.jpg 20180522_081627-1-2.jpg 20180522_081516-1.jpg 20180522_081507-1.jpg 20180522_081228-1.jpg

I took that peice I was working on to a local lapidary to get it finished into a cut gem, I was gonna set it and keep it since it was the first really good qaulity one I found and the guy offered me $300 right there on the spot for it, so that was pretty cool, I need a new set up, right now I'm just out back with a dremel and shaft attachment, goggles and a gallon jug with a needle prick in it for the water lol.."amatuer"! Im gonna get a magnifier and I saw a simple set up on YouTube I'm gonna replicate. So carving is on hold for now. How about you, are you working on anything?

A loupe is what you want. 10x magnification, triplet. Gemoro loupes are pretty neat.

Not really, for me summertime is prospecting season. Working gemstones is a winter-activity.:coffee2:

10× Gemoro loupes, I'll have to remember that, thanks! Its the exact opposite here in Arizona, winter is prospecting time and summer is inside time lol..Have a great day a Eu citzen and Ill talk with ya later.
