Found this tag (about 1 1/2" x 2 1/4") and 24" chain metal detecting the beaches of Florida. Used Google to translate from Swedish to:
"Personal Bailee Val characterize not the blood of his own accord, it can cause death."
Appears to be a type of medical emergency tag about blood transfusions.
Just one more interesting thing ya find metal detecting the beaches of Florida.
PS Returned the Cremation tag to the Sea. After finding 4 gold rings in 2 days not interested in tempting BAD LUCK.
