Question:

Do Capital Gains taxes apply to junk if you sell it?

I know that on regular silver and gold bullion, the tax is 28% after you have it more than a year.

But what about Junk?

taxes --the govt only knows you make money when you (or your employeer )tells them so --when youor your employeer tells them --you made money --they go fine -- now gimme some of your money as "taxes" (give me a cut of your money earned off of your work and sweat) common sense tells most folks to not "vollenteer" information to the govt --since the more you tell then you made / got --the more they want --so let them do a bit of work and find out what you made "on the side" --of course they want you to tell themall about every dime you earn via any means (mo money for ole uncle sugar that way --without him having to getting off his butt to earn it --just tell ole uncle sugar all about every lil bit of money you made by any means and den you can be taxed on it and bring me my money and drop it off wif me , to spend as I please.
