I just couldn't help myself...found this humongous hunk of iron out in the woods and I just had to bring it home. So I loaded it in a wheel barrel and dragged it out of the woods, my partner out ahead of me clearing sticks and brush. Kind of an odd looking operation...guy in woods with a wheel barrel. Not the oddest large object I've recovered from the woods, but certainly among the heaviest!
You can watch the auction for it if you like...

What I ended up discovering was a whole Model T graveyard...blocks, transmissions, frames, wooden spoked wheels and more. Much of it is pretty well rusted, but if this block sells I'll figure out a way to pull out the rest. I considered trying to rebuild one myself, but when it comes right down to it I pretty much suck at building stuff...I'd be far better off just selling it now and saving myself the aggrivation.
Have to wait and see if my efforts were worth it...
