Here in Canada, our Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) will not pay for a Continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) machine even if your doctor diagnoses you with Sleep Apnea. In Canada, CPAP equipment costs between $1,000 - $2,700 depending on your needs. If you don't have supplemental insurance through an employer like me, then you have to pay for it completely out-of-pocket.

The Snore Guard costs $49 + tax and I replace it every 3 - 4 months.

It's not easy to get the insurance to pay for it. Once you do get one, it is monitored and you have to use it for a minimum amount of 4 hours (I think) a day/night. They will take it away if you don't.

Thinking you should of jumped on that one through your last employer plan :)

There's a smart money plan here.
Unit cost $1500
Annual cost of mouth guard $165
Buy a unit and your savings is 11% return from doing the purchase

Mornin all!

Freezing fog last night. Interesting..
The Northern lights were visible to some , but I didn't see any.
Between neighbors lights , and not wearing glasses probably.

Good afternoon, RC.

As I drove this morning, the sun was shining and the fog was all about and I looked over at this farm and it was an incredible picturesque moment. I wish I had my camera on me.
