Most of the commercial is only 5%, the micr brewery industry is better. Struggling industry because of the monopoly in the market place.

Have fun pouring the slab OV. This one for the shop was an $$$ slab on grade the engineer/architect designed out. Great slab and he said it would be cheaper than foundation-ya right-45 loads of gravel-2 compaction tests to 3600psf. 40'x80' size, with 4" SM insulation board under the slab.
