How do you cook cube steaks?

Depends...

I like a light breading of flour salt and pepper. Easy on the salt , it draws moisture out . And there's the diet issue. (Salt can be added at the table per individual tolerance.).
Or they can get an eggwash/dunk before being dredged in breadcrumbs , or cornflakes crushed , bottom of the potato chip bag crumbs , cornmeal , ect. Whatever's laying around pretty much. Maybe your ol mans grape nuts cereal...l.o.l.. (Seriously useable though.)

Pan fry is fine.
Once browned , a lid helps keep them more moist and reduces splatter.

Should bake in the oven just fine too. Similar to chicken.
Beef can use some nonstick something under it on the cooking surface to start. Or use a dash of olive oil ect.. Pork should have fat enough not to stick as is , unless heat is crazy or dry cast iron is used or something.

Well that’s what I did. It was okay. Kinda defeats the purpose of going to the gym. Lol. I’m such a terrible cook. Lordy, I hope there’s no tongue or anything like that in the freezer of beef.

Ps. Rookster I quoted you too, but I messed up putting it in the post.

Thank you both.

Oh , "boil" that tongue with some seasonings when you find it.
If you didn't get it , you can accuse your seller friend of holding out on you getting the good stuff. (Tripe anyone? L.o.l..)
Bring to boil , reduce to simmer...
Skin it after it cools. Slice thin when cold, ummmm..

Looking at the hydro storm map, now it says 7pm tomorrow.
So the small 5000 watt generator is pulsing/dragging and I asked the Mrs if she had the stove on?
Nope.
So I turned off 4 freezers, still doing it.
I come in, smells great, stomach rumbling....
Walk up to the stove and the Mrs has two things cooking.
How long have you had the stove top on?
About an hour....thought you ment the oven.:laughing7:
