Hello all, hope you got out treasure hunting today. I got a tip the other day from a man on a horse while I was detecting in the woods and that led me to the place I will picture below. A stone on the house has the date of 1839 engraved into it.

I found this ring in the back yard. It looks pretty old to me. Any ideas of age? I think the stone may be Carnelian? I believe the ring is silver plated. I was able to bend it back into shape after.

Then there was this. Its from a WW1 Imperial German soldiers brass belt buckle. Says "GOTT MIT UNS" Translates to "God With Us"

Here it is complete

Now on to the bizarre... I was behind the house near a collapsed structure, turn around and look up a pine tree to see a little mason jar wired onto a tree branch. Well i did as any of us would do and climbed the tree. We were first thinking Geo cache? stash of something? Inside was cloth with twine and inside that was a necklace with charms of an antler, deer scull and a claw? This all seemed pretty odd and my fiancee and I decided to put it back as we found it in fear of something seance related haha. That's her hand in the pic by the way I don't paint my nails haha
