This weekend's finds, Calvary/Regiment Badge?

I hunted another portion of hillside that I found a 1889 IHC on last weekend. This weekend I found a 1920 Merc and a 1912 Wheatie, no mint mark on both. Could anyone tell me about the Calvary/Regiment badge such as the year and importance?

Pennsylvania National Guard collar disc, Infantry. Roughly WWI era... maybe a bit after.
