Mack, it's the designers name and then , SPAIN.I looked it up on Tiffanys web site.

Looking at that designers products, I don't think a stone was ever placed or intended to be placed within the ring. You've got a great piece of jewelry there; even the 'knock offs' are relatively expensive.
