I think you forgot your lipstick and purse. :laughing9:

If you don't find a pile of Rev Wars today, I think you need to change your good luck charm. :laughing9:

Game is on! We're off to see the Wizard in a few hours.

There was more soccer kicks to happen, the Detecting God doing it good to Ironhorse and I. What a poison day but it certainly wasn't for lack of effort. We started early and literally drove for 5 hours just to swing for maybe 20 minutes trying three fields, two of which were very small. Over the next few hours we managed to try two more that were much bigger, and looked much better, but they sucked just as bad. It was definitely one of those days you reflect on old times where things weren't going great but then turned around in the next few hunts. Next time we'll most likely stay local and basically hunt anywhere that will let us find some targets.

PS.. I didn't come home completely empty handed having picked up about 50 golfballs for my father, many of which were brand name balls and in very good condition. We couldn't believe how many there was.... the things were evrywhere! So I guess $100 worth of balls is better than nothing, but not by much!

Let me just say that our day was just as bad. We hunted the cut wheat fields with nothing to show for.

The future looks very bright, though, and that's all that matters. I showed Chris a vanished home in a nearby field that we have the "A-OK" to hunt. Looks prime for some earlies! KKC will be back come Fall...and I'm not counting out Summer just yet. ;D
