Made it back to my favorite field today. Found a drill and a stemmed point.
Also, a pic. Of the south fork of the Root river.
This field bumps right up to its banks.s.e. Minnesota surface finds. ....Nice finds. I bet it was fun pulling whitey out. Feels heavy, hope the tip is there, nice surprise awl. Your really picking up the good stuff, it makes me smile hard from way over here.

If you've followed my Colorado River posts, you'll know I've seen buckets of lithic flakes but, alas, no arrowheads, yet. I recently re-visited the Romero Ruin east of Catalina, AZ in the Catalina State Park. BUCKETS of potsherds up there! State Park. Gotta leave 'em lie.
